The Flow Technology business and culture was built by working closely with our customers to clearly understand their problem or need with the goal of delivering a ‘right first time’ solution. We relentlessly strive to deliver solutions that are technically excellent, delivered on time, exceed industry quality standards, and are cost effective.
We achieve this by leveraging the expertise and knowledge of our in-house team of process engineers and master craftsmen, and by ensuring the highest standards of quality and safety through 40+ years of design, fabrication and installation experience. This is supported by our accredited ISO9001 Quality Management System.

This is demonstrated by having over 80% repeat business, which is a testament to our reputation, the expertise and capability of our people, and our ability to reliably and consistently deliver successful projects and services to our customers.
Who We Are
Our team comprises mechanical, chemical, and process engineers, master craftsmen, equipment sales specialists and many more. The majority of our team have worked with Flow Technology for most of their career as we typically hire, train and develop our engineers and craftsmen at graduate/apprentice level. This has been a key building block to maintaining our culture and reputation.
Achieving our vision
The Flow Technology team is led by a highly experienced Leadership Team that brings together a wealth of multi-sectoral and international experience to the business. The team represents a mix of people those who have worked with the business for many years and others from new sectors. This combination is important to the business as it enables us to maintain our core culture and strengths and build on it by leveraging the experience and expertise of others.
